Backtrack: Easter

The last weekend that of my parents' visit here was Easter weekend, so Greg came home for a visit.  Our next door neighbors, Fireman Josh and Alex, have a daughter exactly the same age as Lavella, so each year Greg and Josh team up to hide eggs all around a nearby park.  They divide up the park by sectors, hiding them in more or less obvious places according to the age group that will be hunting there.

Getting briefed on the areas each age-group will be hunting in...don't worry, EVERYONE is paying SUPER CLOSE attention.

After the egg hunt, we came back home and celebrated mine and Lavella's birthdays early with deliciously spicy Lobster Fra Diablo that my dad had made, and a great big fluffy Coconut Cake baked by Hannah.
