I ran outside to quickly pull our container garden under the awning for protection. The boys thought it was highly amusing to watch me run back and forth, pelted by the rain and ice.
Also last week, Lavella's birthday gift from Grandma and Grandpa (my parents) arrived (they had given her an Amazon gift certificate, and I just now cashed it in).
She was very excited about the "fridge food", and between she and Andrew and Elijah, it's gotten a lot of playtime already.
"Thank you Grandpa and Grandma!!"
